Overall, I am very satisfied with the results of my epoxy floor project. Tracy and the crew Leo, Manuel were professional, kind, and took the time to explain each step of the process. The job typically takes two days, but my concrete required additional patching and preparation, which added an extra day to ensure the surface was properly repaired. There was also a one-day delay during the project. Despite the extended timeline, I appreciate that the team focused on doing the job right rather than rushing. The final quality truly reflects their attention to detail.

Premier Overlay is exceptional and has our eternal gratitude for rectifying a terrible epoxy job done by another company. After our floor disaster I reached out to the owner, Tracy, and he came out the very same day to assess the problem. His expertise is clear immediately and he gives excellent advice and suggestions, providing background about the products used, process, scheduling, and color/finish choices. We ordered a custom, hybrid flake blend from a huge variety of choices. He was able to fit us in within 2 weeks and the job was completed on time, with exceptional attention to detail. Cam and John were wonderful and very professional - they ground off the failed floor and applied the epoxy, flakes, and top coats efficiently and expertly, and left our place spotless. Our new basement epoxy floor has exceeded our expectations and is perfect for our space. I wish we’d gone with Premier Overlay to begin with because they are true artists and very reasonably priced.
