Great experience w/Mike from Shine - he was very communicative when I reached out with some questions and to get scheduled. He was professional, showed up on time, and was great at explaining what he was doing and what he recommended (another pro for a repair). He left the hottub (which was in terrible shape) looking spotless!

Mike did a great job cleaning our hottub that had algae growing in it. I didn’t have much info on hottubs, but he walked me through and gave me info on how to do basic maintenance. He was very respectful of our property and was very patient with my questions. He also helped identify a broken part in our hottub, showed me how to diy if I want to install it myself or come over if I find it difficult to do it myself. I would definitely use him for our next hottubcleaning job and recommend him!
