- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a conversation about your goals and priorities. Clients can send photos, complete an inquiry form, and schedule a walkthrough. After providing an estimate, we'll create a plan that works for your space and comfort level. I also offer accommodations such as silent appointments, fragrance-sensitive options, and communication preferences to help make the experience as stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes customer service, sanitation, organization, and quality operations. I continuously study cleaning methods, product safety, and organizational systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed organizing spaces and helping people reduce stress at home. That passion led me to create Berry Tidy Co. and provide judgment-free home support.
