Infused Fitness and Dance

Introduction: We are fitness and dance cooperative, made up of several independent and skilled instructors, who work together to bring to the community a variety of classes and workshops on fun fitness, dance, yoga and a variety holistic classes. We currently offer classes in belly dance, yoga, Latin dance, ballroom, hip hop, zumba, Nia, African rhythm and women's self protection and defense. In addition, we have a small retail shop at the studio, full of belly dance apparel, handmade tribal belts, jewelery, veils and other dance wear.
