Abbas was right on time on New year's eve in the evening! That alone deserved a 5 star when few others refused and some even scheduled and cancelled. He was no nonsense in his approach with tools and knowledge and explained a situation with the sewer and found the problem was not great enough to dig down and repair at this time which saved thousands of dollars. Abbas is honest, knowledgeable and worked with integrity.
