The plumber quickly identified the issue—two rusted pipes that needed replacement—and efficiently replaced them. They took the time to explain that galvanized steel had been used previously and recommended upgrading to brass pipes and connectors to prevent future issues. I appreciated the clear communication and the 1-year warranty provided for the work done. I hired Magic Flow Plumbing to replace an outdoor faucet. They were very responsive, and I heard from them regarding my Thumbtack inquiry almost immediately. They were available and could come a few days after the initial contact, and they came when they said they would come and gave me a heads up when they were on their way. I had a great experience with Abbas. He was punctual, worked independently and efficiently, and kept me appraised on every step of the diagnosis and remediation. He explained the relative cost of each option ahead of time so I knew what I was signing up for.
