Excellent service. We had a critical plumbing issue and hired a couple plumbers. After paying a few plumbers to identify the issue without success, I gave Thumbtack another try and found this company. Abbas was very professional and without even starting the full diagnosis, he right away found the real cause which was very close to real issue. Other plumbing companies created lot of confusions and their reviews on Reddit were misleading as well. So I will be the returning customer to Magic Flow plumbing in future.

Abbas Ghaffari provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, polite, and took the time to listen to every concern I had. He clearly explained what he was doing throughout the repair, which gave me confidence that the job was being done the right way.
He diagnosed and fixed the issues with my tankless water heater, and also gave me practical advice on how to keep it running properly in the future. It’s clear that he’s highly knowledgeable, certified, and extremely capable at what he does.
What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service. After he had finished, I remembered another leak and mentioned it. Without hesitation, he came back in to inspect it and make sure everything was taken care of.
