I needed my washer leak fixed and General Maintenance was on the job quickly. Needed to order a part got it and immediately back on the job and got the machine fixed. I definitely will hire them next time I need someone.

Gregg was professional and helpful. He noticed we had an issue with our gas valve and instead of just working around it, which he could have, he replaced it for the cost of the part. The job required him to come back to reinstall appliances and he was able to respond extremely quickly. I would definitely hire general maintenance again.

We purchased new washer and gas dryer from LG directly which was supposed to include white glove service. Delivery guys came and said our valves need replacement and they can’t hook up the appliance. I enquired with multiple pros, Greg replied promptly and his price was very competitive.
Greg came and inspected valves and suggested it doesn’t need any replacement. He hooked up the appliance, verified it’s working fine and there is no leakage. Delivery guys were just lazy to do their work. Greg was transparent and honest, he didn’t tried to oversell anything. He also helped to replace garden faucet vacuum breaker.
Next time if you are buying new appliance, do yourself a favor and call Greg for installation instead of retailer installation service for peace of mind. Highly recommend Greg for his service.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Greggs service for any household appliance repairs and installations. He helped us with kitchen rangehood installation. Quality of the work was 5 star and price was absolutely reasonable when compared to other quotes I received. He was calm, friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush thru. things.

Never again will I pay a place that sells me an appliance to install the appliance. I got much better service and spent less money going through Thumbtack and finding General Maintenance. So glad to find this site for all my future handyman needs.
