I would highly recommend hiring Lobach construction. He is very responsive, and submitted a bid timely for us. We had him do a custom wood mantle over our fireplace and he built a beautiful walnut mantle off site, brought it to our home to install it. We had him paint our concrete hearth as well. The quality of the mantle is outstanding. On the day of the install, I asked him if he had time to hang several pieces of art around our home that I had recently reframed. He cheerfully agreed, spent a good hour or more hanging our art perfectly. He is very easy to work with very reasonable and responsible.

I had the pleasure of working with Volo on my door-to-window conversion project, and the experience was exceptional. Volo was quick to respond to my estimate request and scheduled a visit promptly. Unlike some contractors who try to upsell, Volo provided an honest and detailed estimate, complete with a clear breakdown of the process and pricing. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns before we proceeded, which made me feel confident and at ease. True to his word, he delivered the project exactly as promised. The entire process—from door removal, framing, siding, and window installation to painting—was completed 6–7 hours ahead of schedule thanks to his efficiency and expertise. Once the work was done, it was seamless. The new addition blended perfectly with the existing design and texture of the house. The craftsmanship was meticulous, and the results were flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Volo for any project, big or small. I look forward to working with him again in the future!
