My ground source heat pump was switching to auxillary heat on really cold days.After Ridgeline came in and evaluated my system and did duct repairs I did not use auxillary heat even during this frigid spellThey are very professional and knowledgable and their fee was very reasonable compared to other vendors I have used.I would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC service

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim and Cody from Ridgeline to address some issues with my furnace, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly prompt in their response and scheduling, which was a relief considering the chilly weather. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my furnace, clearly explaining the issues and presenting all of my options without any pressure. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing the best solution for my needs rather than just pushing for a quick fix or sale. I'm currently renting my first home and my tenants advised me the furnace had gone out. So I contacted Ridgeline Heating and Cooling. I spoke with both Tim and Cody who were friendly and reassured me they would be able to come inspect the furnace.Tim stopped by and was quickly able to fix the issue. It's always a relief when a problem can be resolved without having to invest in a new furnace .It's also commendable that Ridgeline took the time to troubleshoot the problem before suggesting a new furnace. This shows their commitment to providing honest and reliable service to their customers. I feel that some major HVAC companies may prioritize selling new units over finding cost-effective solutions for their customers.Thank you again Ridgeline. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a flat-rate, meaning we've combined the labor, materials, and incidentals into a standardized package that ensures fairness, estimate creation speed, and competitiveness for all of our customers. This flat rate is applied to the majority of jobs. If a project is unusually complex (this is uncommon), it may affect the price due to added time and materials required to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much important information as possible before a visit that will help us understand your concerns and goals for your project. Your name, phone number, email address, and physical address are required. We would also like to know about your existing system and your overall comfort in your home. It's ok if you don't know much about your current system, we're able to service almost any HVAC brand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured through Washington State. Our technicians are also factory trained and certified, background-checked, and drug/alcohol free, with many years of hands-on experience servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Our standards demand only the highest-quality workmanship and customer experience.
