Justuce and his team did a great job with identifying the problem with my AC breaking down and fixing it. Good value and nice guys when I met them. However, they didn’t tighten the pipes enough, so water was leaking all over the floor after a few hours of use. After the work was done, I requested a receipt, and the technician told me I would receive it later. That night, I reminded him through Thumtack message to send me the receipt, but I never got a response. That said, I still appreciate that they came to help me on the same day. They also left the place neat afterward, which I thought was great.
