Hired PNW Fresh Air to clean my air ducts and service my furnace and AC after a whole home remodel. They did a great job at explaining the processes and taking before & after photos. The also alerted me to a safety issue with my furnace. While they were unable to service my AC due to an electrical issue I will have them out again when it is fixed by a HVAC installer/electrician. Their pricing was great compared to CM Heating who wanted $100 per vent, and their furnace/AC maintenance prices were nearly double - this could be because CM was bought out by private equity recently. Anyway, I'm so glad I reached out to PNW for a 2nd quote. The owner, Shabi even showed up at the end of my service to explain the AC situation in further detail and make sure everything went well with the job. It's nice that there are still local, small businesses to depend on.

PNW did a very professional job cleaning all the vents and ducts in my rental house. They also serviced my furnace and went over some operational and maintenance tips. Made sure to locate and service dryer vent as well. Very detailed and professional. I will definitely use their services again.

PNW Fresh Air provided professional and efficient work on our dryer vent and even went above and beyond to tighten up a loose hose and secure it to improve safety. Aiden also made recommendations to keep ducts safe from wildlife, which we took care of same day. The before and after photos of the vents were incredible, and we feel much safer with an unobstructed line. Thanks for the great work!

Great experience with PNW Fresh air from initial contact through completion of services. Services were explained and photos included at the completion of ducts cleaning and device maintenance of our furnace, AC, and mini-split. I will use PNW Fresh Air again.
