We had a pleasant experience with PNW Fresh air. The staff was very friendly and quick on the feet to respond. They finished the dryver vent cleaning quickly and also gave instructions on other maintenance work for HVAC, Air/Duct and so on. Definitely calling them again for my annual maintenance.

Being a 1st time home owner, this was the first time I had to hire someone to do duct cleaning. They were very patient and responsive in answering all my questions and explaining the best methods to clean my vents. Once scheduled, they arrived on time and did everything in a professional way. While the cleaning was going on they kept me updated as to what they were doing and showed me pictures. They also recommended some tips on how to upkeep my HVAC system and what filters to buy. They took time cleaning the dryer went to make sure it was clean all the way through from the dryer to exhaust exit. They noticed some blockage issues so they spent extra time to make sure they eliminated the clog. They also rearranged my drier so it vents properly. Overall pretty happy with these guys. Highly recommend.

PNW Fresh Air arrived on-time and did a thorough job cleaning our vents/ducts. There were no surprises with cost, and they made a few recommendations for other services based on what they noted with our ductwork. They also provided a handful of before/after pictures. I’d recommend them.
