- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every pest, and every infestation varies in size, we price each situation differently. You approve all prices before work, and we don't do contracts which means we won't charge for something you don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technician will introduce themselves, ask a few pertinent questions, and then begin inspection. Once inspection is complete, the tech will educate customer on issues at hand and provide detailed recommendations. A quote will be provided, along with a treatment schedule (some issues take multiple visits). If acceptable, our tech can start work immediately in most cases. We ask for payment at the end of the visit and set expectations/goals for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as a Commercial Pest Applicator, Commercial Operator and Structural Pest Inspector. I also have my Wildlife Control Operator license with Washington State Fish & Wildlife.
