Very professional, friendly and informative guys. They were flexible with my situation and solved all the obstacles they came across while working on a 100 year old house. They installed fans in the basement bathroom and utility rooms; dryer vent and microwave hood exhaust also in the basement. They also installed a dryer vent in the upstairs bathroom. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. Great job! Thank you.

Courteous and getting the job done! I had the technician come twice. First, an issue was diagnosed and advice was made and followed... it didn't work out...Second time, another issue, the main one, was diagnosed and fixed. Since it was the same problem, the office, as I talked to them, acknowledged and waived the diagnosis charge (second time they came out). For short, I paid for the diagnosis once and the repair with affordable price! Thanks.

We had a couple of bathroom exhaust fans that needed to be connected to the vents on the roof. 1st Response quoted us a reasonable price, compared to competitors. We appreciated their professionalism both when coming for a quote and for the repair itself. They left everything clean and provided us good quality pictures of the completed work. Awesome all around, highly recommend.
