- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We flat bid all of our estimates. If we bid a project at 4 hours and it takes us 6 hours we do not charge more for the extra time. If a customer decides they want more work done we update the estimate for the additional work. At this time we only accept cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I like to stop by a customers property and give them an estimate there. That way the estimate is more accurate and there are no surprises when we show up to do the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend asked if I wanted to help him on a project and I really enjoyed it.
