Scheduled an appointment for Monday. He never showed up or contacted me. I messaged him to ask what’s up, and he called that night saying he had cell service issues and asked to reschedule for the next morning at 11 AM. I agreed. I texted him with my information and he replied confirming our appointment. He no-showed again, no call, no text, nothing. It’s now 24 hours past our appointment time and still nothing. I rearranged my schedule twice. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend. UPDATE: In response to what this guy wrote: "opening it up to your disrespectful condescending attitude if you want I can post the messages that you sent and I’m sure you don’t want that." Here, I'll post the messages I sent. You tell me if it's "disrespectful and condescending": ME (On thumbtack): Hey man, I didn't hear from you today. Everything ok? So yes, PLEASE share with us the disrespectful condescending attitude! Please share the text messages! I would LOVE to see it, because there are no disrespectful, condescending, or rude messages. "I understand how you have the perception of no call no show. Seems like you forgot that I had called you to inform you." We had the phone call the night of your first no-call no show in which I was very generous and understanding that there was an issue with your phone. You can even see that generosity and understanding in the message that I sent you. We chatted at 5 PM that night and we scheduled for the following morning at 11 AM. You can't even keep that appointment for the next day at 11 AM! Zero calls, zero shows, and on top of that you're gaslighting people to play victim and say that I was rude to you here in these comments. Beware of this guy. He gaslights customers, makes up messages that never happened, says that keeping appointments is an "uncommunicated expectation", and then offers to do the appointment again free of charge. Why... so you can no-call no-show again? Or is that an uncommunicated expectation on my part that you show up when you say you'll show up? Thumbtack users, you be the judge.
