Ayala Roofing was one of 3 bids I obtained. They were not the most expensive, or the cheapest. They were the quickest to respond and kept consistent communication. They also are local and family owned, which was important in making my decision. My roof is about 1000sqft and there were 3 layers torn down and plywood sheeting that was done in a single day. The crew was definitely in sync with each other and I didn't pay more than quoted. It was a fantastic job and looks great. They had different options that they walked me through to get the beast value for my home and my budget. Too bad you can only use these guys every few decades. ;)
