Our roof had A LOT of moss on it and also a cracked pipe boot that was causing a leak in the upstairs guest bathroom. Mike came out personally and treated the roof with Moss Killer, fixed the pipe boot and then removed the moss with a brush (don't ever pressure wash). He got it done within a very quick turn around time and his price was more than fair! He was honest about the life left in our roof and was a pleasure to work with. Mike and his crew were professional and had a trustworthy feel. He gave me a more than fair price as I got a couple estimates. It looks good and he even gave me an upgrade on some of the supplies without charge. I doubt that can happen all the time but he had it already. I would recommend North Lake Roofing.
