Chad and Sarah have a wonderful inventory of options and their workmanship is exceptional. The plantation shutters and other window treatments we purchased look amazing and are easy to adjust. I had eight windows of varying sizes that really needed new shades. The folks from Gotcha Covered showed up on time for the consultation, with good suggestions on how to reduce costs and improve energy savings. They were friendly and professional throughout the process from the consultation through to installation. My new window shades look amazing. Couldn’t be happier!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can adapt to every budget and every style. Consultations are free meetings where we discuss your needs and budget and help you find the best solution.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet each customer in their home or business and measure each window or opening, take pictures and show hand samples and product books to help decide on material and color. Quotes are produced in 24-48 hours and emailed directly to you with option to adjust to your specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 37 years in the service industry and continuing education, conferences, and regular meetings and trainings with vendor and industry representatives. You can never learn too much!
