Gave two stars because I can’t actually speak for their quality of work, but their customer service and communication is awful. I scheduled to have them come out on a Saturday . They texted me at 8:45 for my address I replied and it was around noon I asked around what time they would be arriving . No response I waited a few hours maybe they are busy I said it was around 4 I asked again with no response I called around 6:30 twice no answer. I messaged the next morning asking if someone would be coming by today to clean my pool no answer . Ultimately waisted my time and I was not pleased they didn’t even have the courtesy to update me they weren’t coming. My messages stopped going through as well through the app.
