Vlad was very polite and professional. The company was very good with following up and staying on top of the project. The main reason for them coming out was resolved quickly so I had them do a maintenance on our furnace instead. The only thing missing was that it would've been good to get a clear explanation of the details of what work would be done during the maintenance, specially since this is the first time I had them do a project for us. I got a more detailed list of the work done in the invoice that I requested from them.

Explained everything and gave us a great deal on the installation of a new furnace and AC unit. When I asked if they could install the smart thermostat I purchased separately, they had no problems with. Job was done quickly and professionally. Saved us a lot money on the other 2 bids I got. I would use them again.
