Though it was a pretty straight forward request; anchoring a bookshelf, this was the only pro who seemed to understand what I needed. He clarified the project, scheduled, arrived when expected with everything needed and did the job very well. He centered the bookcase without me asking for him do so. I will definitely use this pro for more jobs as they come up in our home.
