Absolutely outstanding! Griselda and Alfredo are first-class professionals, excelling in every way possible. Alfredo was thorough and accurate in his estimate and arrived on-time, every time. I have some very high skylights on the roof that needed to be examined. Alfredo took on the challenge at no charge, clearly stating what the cost would be if he cleaned them. He was honest, his prices were reasonable, and he remembered every detail I'd mentioned. He was happy to start on the areas that would not disturb my family first thing in the morning. Throughout the day, Alfredo and Griselda were so kind and cooperative with all of the other workers and my home. Alfredo happily helped my handyman with a tricky task on an unsteady ladder that required two people. Griselda is lovely and kind, and so willing to please. She clearly has the same high standards as her husband. This couple has truly captured the lost art of customer service. They showed respect in every way to each person they met in our crowded house. At the end of the day, Alfredo walked me through each room, and made sure I knew about which windows might need to be replaced. These are the people I'd choose to care for my home, my vacation home, my business, and even the CEO's corner office. First class, superior quality and extremely professional service! Thank you both!
