- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we deliver any special requirements or request like they're allergic to the cleaner or don't prefer particular cleaners. we go over whether or not they have any equipment or supplies to use for that to bring everything with me and if there is a gate code or anything of that nature we love that as well. we also go over if there's pets in the house and if there's certain etiquette or behavior to display when around their pets. I like to go do a walk through before I get started the day up just to get a sense of what the customers requesting or wanting
