Introduction: At our facility, we preform a unique and highly effective training technique, it is a super-slow, zero momentum protocol that was invented initially for women with osteoporosis. Over the last 30+ years, it has been thoroughly studied and now it is considered the safest, most effective way of strength training and it aids in attaining peak physique and body composition. The most satisfying part of my career is knowing that I am educating and assisting in the ideal health, fitness and longevity of others. I am so blessed to be doing what I love each and every day.

The team at Lift creates a professional and welcoming atmosphere to train in. Each session is one-on-one and lasts 15 minutes, so this is a great option for people with busy schedules (myself included). The trainers are encouraging during the sessions, and I leave feeling like I've had a great workout, which initially surprised me with the training sessions lasting just 15 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend Lift, especially if you are looking for one-on-one training and strength training.

I drive 45 min. one way for the 15 min. session at Lift because it is totally worth it. I never had much success in fitness with regular gym memberships, but Lift really produced a great outcome. My muscles are stronger and more toned, and my backache is now gone. I highly recommend this gym for anyone.

I cant express how much I love this place! Ive had seven children and lost much muscle strength. I desired to get strong and lose some weight. I have gained strength here in a few months, that I didnt think was possible. Ive also lost weight with Shauns nutritional guidance. I never knew lifting weights was such a great workout with so many benefits. Not only physically but mentally, too. Shaun is seriously the best and her team is a joy as well. Full of integrity here. Theyll all encourage you in so many ways. I love coming into my appointments, because I leave feeling so happy and motivated! Highly recommend.

I have been working out with Stephanie for the past 2 1/2 months and I have NOTHING but positive things to say about her, the facility, the workouts and the other clients! I came to Stephanie pretty fed up with some regain I had experienced (again) and could not seem to lose. I have some food requirements and other odd requirements based on some medical stuff. She quickly got all of the information and started me on a 2 x per week workout plan and we slowly began to talk about nutrition. I like that she was not pushy with me, she would ask me at each workout how nutrition was going and I knew I needed to speak up. I did and we have been literally tweaking things as we go to ensure it is working for me. I emailed her with questions and she is responsive, supportive and so helpful. My workouts are kick A**! They are challenging and I love them! I love Stephanie as a person, she is so supportive of my success and celebrates each little accomplishment with me; she cares. I love this place, I never thought this protocol could work for me - well, it has worked. I am down 7 pounds and several inches.I LOVE Lift Personal Training in Liberty Lake! Thank you Stephanie!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide safe, effective and sustainable exercise that is guaranteed to yield results in minimum time. In today's world, being safe while exercising and spending less time is super valuable. Time is money, at Lift we give you your time back so you can spend it doing the things you want to do! Minutes a Week = Strong for Life!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our new clients will come in and go through our intake process. These appointments usually take about 45 minutes as we dig deep into specific goals, past injuries and medical history of each client. Results matter and setting forth specific and measurable goals is one of our primary tasks during the initial training session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an extensive background in sports, nutrition, and fitness. This is my eleventh year as a personal trainer. I am a certified High-Intensity Trainer using our Slow Motion protocol as well as NASM. I am very passionate about food and nutrition. I am certified with Precision Nutrition and use their platform to help clients achieve long term, lasting results in all parts of eating, nutrition and their relationship with food.
