Rich, the owner of Loughnan Tree Service, was very easy to work with. He was willing to answer my questions and give me some advice about tree care. Rich and his crew took down a dying tree and trimmed up three mature trees on my property. They dealt with the debris and cleaned up all the areas. I also appreciated that Rich was on site working right along with his crew.

A violent but brief wind blast did a lot of damage in my area & left 7-9 large branches on my roof from a neighbors tree. Rich & crew were easy & prompt to do a quote, and did a great job. They were careful, safe & cleaned up very nice afterward! Very satisfied!

Very impressed with this service right from the start, when he came to assess the one tree we had called about and saw another tree requiring attention that we hadn't even noticed. Very responsive to questions, left the yard totally clean, and even called afterward to explain how and why he had trimmed the tree. Overall a great experience and will definitely call again with tree related issues.

Rich immediately responded to my thumbtack request for treeremoval service on the app and then followed up with a text. We scheduled a time for the next day for him to come out and give me an estimate. Rich messaged me the day of and said he could come earlier than our scheduled time, which was perfect! We walked the property and showed him what I wanted cleared. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot and said he could do the work immediately. HIRED!! I write a new proposal for each job, because no 2 jobs are the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bring a bid proposal that we both sign if you like my bid. Then after I'm finished you get a receipt that you sign if your happy and agree that I completed what we agreed on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years in the field experience. I have great customer service and always do a safe job.
