Brian arrived on time, did a comprehensive inspection, explained what he saw and highlighted problems. His written report with photos was available by email within 24 hours. We were pleased with his work. His price was reasonable as well.

I hired Brian to do an inspection on a home I am buying. He responded very quickly, had great availability, and was easy to communicate with. He showed up to the house before all of us ready to go. He did a very thorough and informative inspection. I really appreciated him presenting me with all the information about what he found. It was clear he was there to make sure I was fully aware of the positives and negatives of the house, and to assure that I was getting a safe home. He discovered some issues that would never have been obvious to me, but were important to know. I got his full report in less than 24 hours, complete with pictures, a rating system for each inspected area and item, and suggestions of what I might want to follow up with. I have greater confidence in the house purchase and feel like I am going into it prepared for any possible future needs. I have used a different inspector for years with previous home purchases. After having Brian come out, I will be recommending him to anyone needing an inspection from now on.
