We had Sabortronx do a remodel on our deck at home. The response to our request for service on Thumbtack was practically same day with the project starting with a few days. We hired Bruce and his brother to replace two rotted porch posts at my rental house. He was able to meet with me right away to access the project and give me a bid. They completed the project as scheduled and did a great job! We were very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire these two again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is the materials purchased up front for the job! Then we charge for labor only! the fee for labor is $35.00 per hour/person and if special help is needed we will give help to those who need it for $25.00 per hour! Seniors Discount!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will not know us yet but they will get to understand that we are there to help them! Some pro's give a bad rep and then we have to deal with that every time! We make sure the job is done right and with in budget!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two people on our team at this time! Our background is in Engineering, design, purchasing, With over 40 years in construction and Engineering! Our handyman services are to help those who need help! But will work on jobs of any one who ask us for help!
