Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. The technicians arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up and took all trash with them. They were very willing to listen to my concerns and to answer all questions I had.

Furnace wouldn't fire when the thermostat told it to. I'd go out in the garage and hit it (literally), and it would start up and then run fine for the rest of the day. Then the next morning, we'd go through the same routine. Russ, the tech came out (on time) took off some covers (one more than I did), found the problem - a loose wire connection, and that fixed it. I've had heat ever since.

Showed up on time. Confusion on quoted price that eventually was worked out. Not the greatest service experience but work was completed to satisfaction of customer.

Service was good but the price was a rip off. The service fee (just to come out) was $100+ and then they charged another $250+. In total I paid $350+ to fix a valve. I'll never call them again.

We, like most other companies in this industry, do charge a service fee to come out to your home and diagnose the issue with your equipment. The service fee covers the drive time to your home and 30 minutes of diagnosis. This is explained when we schedule your appointment and we are truly sorry if that was not made clear. We understand that the cost of an unexpected repair can be frustrating. Please know that we warranty the part and associated labor for a full year following the repair, which some companies do not do. Our in-home estimate allows us to see the work needed and give prices on-the-spot. We explain and then leave the estimates with you and you can decide when to proceed.
