My experience with Custom Touch Electric was excellent. They showed up on time to bid on my project and showed up on time to complete the work on my project as agreed. The change out and movement of my service panel took 2 days as estimated with all the agreed requirements being completed. The building inspector showed up the next day and after two minutes signed off the work. I will be asking them to bid on future work.

Very good job removing our ceiling fan and installing the new light in a difficult area. Really nice electrician, clean, efficient and friendly. He even appreciated our neighbors cat trying to help him out with with the cords! I will definitely use them again.

Custom Touch was hired to install the equipment to charge a new Electric Car (No less than a 2013 Tesla Model S). The electrical panel was full, and we were facing a big charge to enlarge the service. But John Gary and his team solved the problem with custom manual transfer stitch where we use the A/C circuit to charge the car, They also said we could use a standard range plug type 15-40 and we did not have to spend $150 for the fancy-dan electric car plug. They did a great job, and the electrical inspector even said when signing off the permit it was a smart way to get the EV charger working without a big service upgrade fee. A. Smith CGC, Inc.
