- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On a basic job the way I get my pricing is from cost guide. I look up the job, find th average cost and then cut that number in half. I do that on about 90% of my jobs but some jobs have extenuating circumstances
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every customer the same way, I treat them like I would treat my grandma
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took 4 years of the plumbers apprenticeship program at Dixie State Colleges trade school, DXATC from 2004-2008 in St. George Utah I was enrolled in CITC from 2010-2012 in Portland, Or
