What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is 60.00 an hour billed in 15 minute increments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my prospective clients for a short meeting/introduction, usually lasting about an hour, face-to-face if at all possible. During this meeting I will ask questions related to the client's project to obtain a good understanding of their needs. I answer and explain any questions the client may have and provide them with my rates as well as an agreement for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with computers at the age of 13. By the age of 18 I had built 2 of my family's computers from parts. In college I studied computer programming and engineering, taken an A+ certification course, built databases in MS Access and SQL, created my first web page using HTML and CSS coding. After college I worked for several large tech companies including Microsoft and the domain registrar eNom. I began to create dynamic web sites using a content management system like WordPress or Magento. After eNom I became a digital marketing consultant and professional for Cobalt/ADP Dealer Services. I left Cobalt to join Cybergolf a web development firm in Mukilteo, WA where I assist customers with their websites and digital marketing. Almost all of my education and work experience revolves around creating, administrating, and marketing websites.
