We've had numerous equipment/roof/etc installs over the years, but none as comprehensive and dedicated to a 'perfect' customer outcome as our February install by Brennan of a new furnace and heat pump. This was the newest model heat pump - and there were a few anomalies that appeared the first evening, but Brennan not only responded same-day, but with genuine concern for the repair being accomplished and our satisfaction. We received another followup visit a few days later for some thermostat issues, which were also taken care of, and the system has operated beautifully since. - Selected Brennan based on the thorough overview and estimate provided by our Sales person, Adam; a neighbor with a 10+ year history with their Brennan product; and the Costco Rebates which made the net price several thousand less than similiarly efficient systems we received estimates for from other companies. Highly recommend!

Technician was here on time. Answered all my questions and explained what he did and why. Nice young man ( he has been here twice) along with two others trying to figure out problem with furnace. Hope it is finally fixed. ld
