He was great. Finished four tasks in less than two hours, fixed a hardware issue that wasn't his responsibility at all, and problem solved a fifth issue for me. And on top of all that, he was really easy going and thorough. I will absolutely call him when I need anything else. Highly recommended.

Dima was absolutely amazing in every way possible. He was extremely flexible and understanding when my scheduling got messed up, and didn’t make me feel rushed or guilty when we finally met up and he began working. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative and quick to respond to all of my messages - I could always expect a response from him within an hour, bit usually more like within five minutes! He respected my home and was very courteous - he took off his shoes upon entering and kept all of his tools very organized and neat. I felt like he asked me very thoughtful questions and listened very effectively when it came to how I wanted the finished product to look. He was very patient with me as I needed to take care of several things for myself while he was working. He gave me the space I needed and focused diligently on his work. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did (it looks superb!!) and how quick and easy he made it. My shelves are hung very sturdily and my mounted TV is perfect! Thanks to Dima, I finally feel like my tiny little space is more of a “home”. Thank you Dima!!! I appreciate it!!
