What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing varies depending upon the complexity of the work. I estimate the work and charge an up front retainer for a portion of the work required. The balance is due upon completion of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with a consultation where I will get all information from the client for the year requested to do services. For taxes, will also request the previous year tax returns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Accounting WSU, Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS, CPA exam candidate.
