Luis and his team were quick to respond, very friendly and did a great job drying out my crawl space after a water leak. They explained their procedure and rationale and adjusted their plan when they were asked to. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Luis responded immediately to my request. Within a couple hours he had his lead water tech, Jason, at my home putting together an estimate. They stabilized to avoid further damage and completed the job beyond my expectations. 10/10 would recommend again.

Exceptional, fast service. We had two big leaks in close proximity caused by different issues. Both were pretty bad, or would have been if it weren't for Home Damage Medics. Their team was able to respond very quickly, getting on site and removing water and damaged house parts immediately. They reacted so quickly that they saved us probably $10,000 in demo, cleanup, and rebuilding costs based on the estimate I got from a contractor. It would have been a total nightmare. As it was, they just had to dry everything out. They've got nice equipment in good condition, are very careful working in tight spaces, and deliver exceptional service. I wasn't sure about different options and they patiently explained everything to me. I recommend them without reservation.

Spencer and his team have been nothing short of miraculous. Having just purchased our first home a few months ago, we were less than pleased to find mushrooms growing from the walls after the first big rain. Spencer was out here (and I mean *out here*, we're way up north in Snohomish) ASAP, and he and Jason were able to tackle the demo in a day. They had to strip 2 rooms down to the studs including appliances and some tile, and have been back every few days to check on equipment, dry time, apply more fungal treatments, and keep me in the loop. The first referred contractor for the exterior water mitigation work fell through due to medical issues, but Spencer was incredibly patient and understanding, providing me several more referrals and assuaging any fears I had about impending rains undoing their hard work by agreeing to keep equipment onsite until the exterior work could actually begin.When this journey began, I asked friends and family for any mold remediation company recommendations, and all anyone could provide was general contractors. I am thrilled to be able to refer Spencer and his team to any homeowners facing this stressful process!
