Due to the recent flooding in Washington, our basement was flooded with almost 8 feet of water! We are so grateful for Restoration Medix and especially Luis for helping us through what was honestly one of the most stressful situations weve ever dealt with.They helped us remove about 8 feet of water from our basement. Our sump pump had failed and we were in a state of absolute panic, we genuinely didnt know if we were ever going to be able to get the water out without Luis and his team. When it became clear it was more water than expected and they didnt have the right tools on hand, they didnt hesitate. They went out, bought additional equipment, and Luis even rented one of the best sump pumps around to get all the water out, which made a huge difference when we felt totally stuck.This was a week-long job that required constant communication and plan changes, and Luis was an incredible communicator the whole time. He stayed on top of everything, was flexible as the plan shifted, and made sure me and my family were safe and secure throughout the process. In a situation that stressful, having someone that responsive and dependable made a huge difference.We would absolutely recommend Luis and Restoration Medix to anyone dealing with flooding or water damage.

Luis and his team were quick to respond, very friendly and did a great job drying out my crawl space after a water leak. They explained their procedure and rationale and adjusted their plan when they were asked to. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Luis responded immediately to my request. Within a couple hours he had his lead water tech, Jason, at my home putting together an estimate. They stabilized to avoid further damage and completed the job beyond my expectations. 10/10 would recommend again.

Exceptional, fast service. We had two big leaks in close proximity caused by different issues. Both were pretty bad, or would have been if it weren't for Home Damage Medics. Their team was able to respond very quickly, getting on site and removing water and damaged house parts immediately. They reacted so quickly that they saved us probably $10,000 in demo, cleanup, and rebuilding costs based on the estimate I got from a contractor. It would have been a total nightmare. As it was, they just had to dry everything out. They've got nice equipment in good condition, are very careful working in tight spaces, and deliver exceptional service. I wasn't sure about different options and they patiently explained everything to me. I recommend them without reservation.
