- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For issues in need of repair our response/diagnosis is $145+tax. The technician will discuss with you what they've found and where we need to go from there. Furnace only maintenance is $205+tax Furnace + AC/heat pump is $255+tax. Estimates for new installations/replacements are FREE! Any other services please call to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and we can get you scheduled. We are happy to answer all of your questions. For our appointments we schedule a 2 hour arrival window.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. Scott our lead technician holds trade school certificates and has worked in the field for 26 years and counting.
