FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, I do have standard pricing, but total price will depend on the complexities and severity of the allegation, as well as prior experience/history of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step in working with a potential client is to meet with the person (and sometimes their family) to get a general understanding of the client's background and to address concerns about the case. From there, my approach is to gather as much information as possible about the case, and then discuss it with each client so we can address strengths, weaknesses and strategy on how to get the best result possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Seattle University for law school, graduating Summa Cum Laude (top of the class) half a year ahead of schedule. Prior to that, I attended the University of Washington for undergraduate. Currently, I attend regular conferences, workshops and seminars to keep abreast of changes in the law, and new strategy and tactics in order to best serve my clients' interests.
