This team of guys is exceptional. Polo is just so mice and easy to work with. I had no idea what I even wanted other than I needed our lawn to be fixed. It was so bad. Both front and back and all around the sides were patches of mud and torn up grass. Weeds. Dead trees and plants. They came in and tore out everything and replaced it with beautiful sod, river rock, flower gardens and a raised garden box. They did it in three days. It was so fast and looks so good. I will never use anyone else for lawn care again unless he stops working. I wish I had before photos to show how truly awful it was, also in the new photos the cherry blossoms have fallen down in the front yard so it looks messy, but they really made a huge difference.

I had an idea for a design for my front yard but Polo’s creative and knowledgeable suggestions vastly improved my original design. Polo and his team are not only hard-working and dependable but his stone-work is amazing. It enhances my yard while providing handicap accessibility. Great job, Polo. Polo and his crew are top notch. He replied to my request within 24 hours, came out to see my slope, provided a fair price for a wall, and showed up the next week to knock it out. The rock wall looks fantastic. They left the yard cleaner than they found it and even planted some stray plants back into the ground (they could have easily disposed of them). Polo is courteous and great to work with!

I purchased a new construction home and needed landscaping for my side yards and back yard. As a new homeowner, this project made me anxious because I knew it would be expensive, a bad outcome could be detrimental to my home's value, and there is the potential that costs could spiral out of control. I reached out to Skagit Landscaping and the owner, Polo, came out the next day to do a free estimate. He took detailed notes about what I wanted done, as well as measurements. He then emailed me an estimate that included an itemized list of all materials required as well as the total cost to perform each part of the project, which put my anxiety at ease. His quote was very reasonable compared to competitors, and given the photos of his other projects, as well as his professionalism, I was confident that Skagit Landscaping was the right choice for the job. The project was so much work that it took his crew of three people almost a month to complete, but the wait was well worth it! I'm happy to report that he and his team delivered 100% on-budget and with outstanding results. I mean, REALLY, it looks SO good that when they were done, I practically had to double-check my address to make sure I was at my own house! But don't take my word for it, check out the photos! His crew was very friendly throughout the process and I could tell they cared about the quality of their work. They even trimmed the bushes in my front yard! TL;DR: Stop reading reviews and hire them already!
