FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for. That's why our pricing is transparent from the first estimate to the final invoice — competitive rates, no hidden costs, and savings passed directly on to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Assessment – We respond quickly to your call and schedule an on-site inspection to assess the damage and scope of work. Detailed Estimate – We provide a clear, itemized estimate outlining the work needed and associated costs. Insurance Coordination – If you're filing a claim, we work directly with your insurance carrier to document damage, support your claim, and streamline approval. Mitigation & Drying – We begin emergency mitigation right away to prevent further damage, using industry-standard (IICRC S500) drying protocols. Reconstruction – Once the property is fully dried and assessed, we handle repairs and reconstruction to restore your home or business. Final Walkthrough – We complete a final inspection with you to ensure the work meets our standards — and yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in Washington State since 2013, DK Production holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), with additional training in mold remediation and biohazard cleanup. We bring over a decade of hands-on restoration experience to every project.
