- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and cost varies depending on several factors. It's a must to visit the site conditions to get an accurate quote in this industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to make contact with the customer and learn what they have in mind. Then we must schedule a time to meet up, take a look at their site, plot the area with accurate measurements and work on a quote. When I am finished with a quote I usually call the customer or send an email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the concrete industry for over 10 years. I started pouring curb, sidewalk and gutter when I was 18. I know what works and more importantly what " does not work". Originally I was a private contractor and decided to come above ground with Olympic Concrete & Landscape a few years ago. Concrete isn't just work to me, its an art, I really enjoy doing concrete and creating new designs.
