Gerald just finished a complete cabinet reface In my kitchen and did an amazing job from start to finish. His bid included detailed 3D sketches, he communicated through the whole process- down to what time to expect him daily. Gerald is very tidy and his workmanship is truly amazing. This is the 4th different job he has done for me since 2013, including full bath remodels and even flooring- everything he does, he does with pride and precision.

Gerald did a complete bathroom remodel for us and also new flooring to match the bathroom in our laundry room. He was very thorough and addressed any questions I had throughout the process. He was very prompt in getting back to us when we called or emailed. He also stuck to our original budget and time frame which was very important to us! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the call and arrange an in home visit. We discuss the work desired and I talk about different solutions. When we agree on a scope of work, I write up a quote and leave with a signed contract and job deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in the school of hard knocks. There really isn't much formal education available besides workshops put on by manufacturers for example, I went to an evening workshop a Great Floors to learn about epoxy grout and I went to Floor Supply when Wilsonart was demonstrating their undermount sink installations and their beveled edge installation. I always try to learn whenever an opportunity presents itself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Supply and demand. We have a shortage of people who do my kind of work, I mean who wants to do little laminate countertop? I DO! Who wants to fix a toilet that is sinking through the floor in an old farm house? I DO!
