Gerald did a complete bathroom remodel for us and also new flooring to match the bathroom in our laundry room. He was very thorough and addressed any questions I had throughout the process. He was very prompt in getting back to us when we called or emailed. He also stuck to our original budget and time frame which was very important to us! We will definitely be contacting him again for future home renovations!

Gerald is an honest and trustworthy person who made our bathroom updating project very enjoyable! My husband and I had been contemplating the project for several months. One meeting with Gerald was enough to seal the deal! Gerald was knowledgable, professional, and flexible and his bid was very reasonable! He offered ideas regarding materials and suggested places to see samples in addition to the materials he had at his workshop. We had some design ideas we wanted to incorporate to make the space functional for our morning routines, and he was positive and helpful along the way. He allowed my husband and I to do the demolition, which saved us money and allowed us to be a part of the update project. We LOVE the way our new bathroom turned out and couldn't recommend Gerald more highly!

My husband and I just purchased our very first home. I hired Gerald to come over and turn our outdated double closet in our master bedroom into a single walkin. Gerald got this project and a few other done in two days. His work is the best I have seen. He is very fair, dependable, hard worker and goes the extra mile for his clients. I will definitely be asking Gerald to help us out with some more projects around the house! Gerald thank you for all of your hard work! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the call and arrange an in home visit. We discuss the work desired and I talk about different solutions. When we agree on a scope of work, I write up a quote and leave with a signed contract and job deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in the school of hard knocks. There really isn't much formal education available besides workshops put on by manufacturers for example, I went to an evening workshop a Great Floors to learn about epoxy grout and I went to Floor Supply when Wilsonart was demonstrating their undermount sink installations and their beveled edge installation. I always try to learn whenever an opportunity presents itself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Supply and demand. We have a shortage of people who do my kind of work, I mean who wants to do little laminate countertop? I DO! Who wants to fix a toilet that is sinking through the floor in an old farm house? I DO!
