- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on figuring out a solution that works, and is affordable. We do not have any commissioned sales staff and are consultative in nature. We just like to help out homeowners as its no fun dealing with roof issues. We understand. Over 95% of our work comes from referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the issue, leak problem, age. Take photos that we can share with the customer of their roof. Come up with a solution and figure out something that works with their needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here is where we are very different. Everyone in our staff has been replacing, fixing roofs for over 10 years. We have VERY little employee turnaround and the relationship you build with our field staff will be there for a long time. We have customers who call us back for the same staff member after 20 years, regularly. Of course we are certified installers in everything that we do. Everything is warrantied.
