I am a certified Apple consultant who's been providing tech support to Mac-based individuals and businesses for over 10 years. If you call an Apple Store for on-site help, they will actually give you my name.
My clients love me, and I can provide many references. Generally, I am available during the day on Tuesday through Saturday. I may even be able to fix your computer right now over the phone or through a remote connection!
My rates are:
* On-site: $90 minimum first hour, $60 each additional hour
* Remote: $30 minimum half hour, $60 each additional hour
