We contacted Leo’s Heating and Cooling because our Mitsubishi multi-zone heat pump wasn't defrosting properly (see photo), which was causing the system to struggle and not heat the house the way it should. Daniel came out and did a thorough diagnostic. He found that one of the defrost sensors had become dislodged, which was preventing the system from managing its defrost cycle correctly. Once he secured the sensor and confirmed everything was operating as designed, the unit returned to normal performance. They were originally scheduled to come out the day before but had to reschedule due to an earlier job running long. They handled it professionally and waived the service fee, which we appreciated. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, and methodical in his work. Moreover, communication from the team was excellent throughout. We’re very happy with the outcome and would absolutely use Leo’s again for future HVAC service. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with this provider through Thumbtack. They came out to diagnose an issue with my furnace and were incredibly professional and patient throughout the process. I was most impressed by their integrity—they found the actual issue without trying to 'push' an expensive diagnosis or pressure me into unnecessary repairs just to get the job. I initially contacted Leo's for a second opinion re repair vs replace the furnace in our two story home. Gunnar came out right away and fully evaluated our current system, discussed options and provided a very thorough and clear estimate for each option.
