Dmitriy's crew did a great job of installing my heat pump and integrating it into my existing heater + ductwork system. They were all highly professional and did a great job. I am happy with the result and can enjoy a well cooled home during these hot summers. This was a big job and I appreciate all of the work that went into it.
They went the extra mile with sizing the cooling system, calculating the home's area with lidar, taking measurements of the ductwork and recommending a system that was strong but not over sized. This gave me high confidence that this vendor had my interests in mind.
I also appreciate that they did not push a heater upgrade when it was working just fine.

We contacted Leo’s Heating and Cooling because our Mitsubishi multi-zone heat pump wasn't defrosting properly (see photo), which was causing the system to struggle and not heat the house the way it should.
Daniel came out and did a thorough diagnostic. He found that one of the defrost sensors had become dislodged, which was preventing the system from managing its defrost cycle correctly. Once he secured the sensor and confirmed everything was operating as designed, the unit returned to normal performance.
They were originally scheduled to come out the day before but had to reschedule due to an earlier job running long. They handled it professionally and waived the service fee, which we appreciated.
Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, and methodical in his work. Moreover, communication from the team was excellent throughout. We’re very happy with the outcome and would absolutely use Leo’s again for future HVAC service. Highly recommended.
