The team was extremely professional—the only company that took the time to properly perform a Manual J load calculation. The project involved replacing the gas furnace and installing a new AC system. Their responsiveness was impressive: we signed the contract Tuesday evening, and they scheduled installation for Thursday.

Dmitriy's crew did a great job of installing my heat pump and integrating it into my existing heater + ductwork system. They were all highly professional and did a great job. I am happy with the result and can enjoy a well cooled home during these hot summers. This was a big job and I appreciate all of the work that went into it.
They went the extra mile with sizing the cooling system, calculating the home's area with lidar, taking measurements of the ductwork and recommending a system that was strong but not over sized. This gave me high confidence that this vendor had my interests in mind.
