About
**West Contractors LLC — General Contracting, Remodels, Roofing, Painting, Siding & Demolition**
West Contractors LLC is a locally owned and operated general contracting company serving Milton, Washington, and the surrounding area. We handle remodels of all sizes — plus roofing, painting, siding, and demolition — for residential clients across the region.
The company is led by owner John Tavila, who brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades. As an owner-led, 1–2 person crew, we take on a limited number of jobs at a time — which means every project gets the owner's direct attention, honest communication, and the kind of craftsmanship that only comes from someone whose name is on the business.
**Our services include:**
- General contracting & remodels
- Roofing
- Painting — interior and exterior
- Siding
- Demolition — interior tear-outs, structure removal, and haul-away
West Contractors LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. We proudly serve Milton and communities within approximately 10 miles, and every job starts with a clear, itemized written estimate — no surprises, no fine print.
If you're planning a project, we'd appreciate the chance to earn your business.

I can’t say enough good things about John and his crew at West Contractors LLC! This is my 2nd time hiring them and once again, they did NOT disappoint!
From start to finish, John and his team were extremely hardworking, reliable, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done right. Their work ethic speaks for itself! They take pride in what they do, pay attention to the smallest details, and make sure everything is done with quality and care.
It’s honestly hard to find contractors who are not only dependable but also genuinely care about their customers and the work they put out. John and his crew went above and beyond, and the results were absolutely amazing!
There’s a reason I came back to hire them a second time and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them a THIRD! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking crew that delivers quality work, also affordable…West Contractors LLC is the way to go!
10/10 experience! Highly recommend John and his team! THANK YOU GUYS!
