What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial fee which covers travel and one hour of work is $110. All subsequent hours are $65, billed in 15-minute intervals. Reach out for prompt estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, the first thing I aim for is to understand your needs deeply. I’ll ask about the specifics of the job, and once we're on the same page, we'll settle on a time that works for both of us. I want this to be a two-way street, where you feel heard and valued.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I’ve had formal training sessions over the years, a lot of my skills come from hands-on experience and learning on the job. I've met many wonderful customers over the years, and each job has been a lesson in itself.
