What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So what affects our price of education, of course, is the time spent on the work, and preparation for it, as well as the complexity of the work, we very carefully monitor the market prices, and give average market prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we arrange a meeting on the project, then we meet on the project, measure the work, evaluate it, make an estimate, and then if the client likes our price, we agree on the terms of the work, when we start, when we finish, who buys the materials, and so on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of experience in construction and have gone from a simple assistant to a highly qualified specialist.
